The United HomeCare® Team, led by Carlos Martinez, President and CEO, proudly joined today’s Learn & Work® Home Health Aide Workforce Development Training and welcomed individuals ready to deliver compassionate care to homebound elderly and disabled residents across South Florida —many are unemployed or underemployed residents from underserved neighborhoods, and now have the opportunity to join United HomeCare’s skilled team of HHAs. An immense thank you to Sunshine Health – Centene for their generous sponsorship and continued support in advancing care and opportunities in South Florida. Together we’re addressing the critical HHA shortage while opening doors to meaningful careers in a growing field. -

The two birthday ladies —Alicia Weber, still going strong at her sprightly 93, and Maria Elena Bravo— and the gentleman, Jose Rodriguez, are invaluable members of United HomeCare®’s Caregivers Support Group, led by UHC’s Counseling Manager, Guadalupe Rodriguez, MSW-LCSW, MPH. -
