    Celebrating the Heart of Our Caregiving Family!
    Late last week, we had the joy of honoring three of our beloved family caregivers with a joyful birthday luncheon. The two birthday ladies —Alicia Weber, still going strong at her sprightly 93, and Maria Elena Bravo— and the gentleman, Jose Rodriguez, are invaluable members of United HomeCare®’s Caregivers Support Group, led by UHC’s Counseling Manager, Guadalupe Rodriguez, MSW-LCSW, MPH.

    Two of our very own UHC AVUS Connect and AVUS Tech Pals volunteers were recognized for their outstanding academic achievements: 🏅 Alessandro Santoro Behn-Eschenburg earned three Academic Excellence Awards in Business, Economics, and Psychology —an inspiring trifecta of excellence. 🏅 Moises Almao was awarded the Academic Excellence Award in Psychology (Neuroscience & Aging) —a field close to the heart of UHC’s mission.
