United HomeCare hereby withdraws the Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) Caterer's Bid advertised and released on November 8, 2023, in order to include additional criteria required by the federal Older Americans Act (OAA) program that is used in determining the acceptability of applications and in guiding the selection of vendors.
